hi everyone. kym dowling here fromdowling homes. you can have fabulous outdoors with your next home extension. i'm here at grange and we're just about to start this project. it's a lovely home, it's quite big in fact, but the problem is that it's sadly lacking in living areas. well at dowling homes, we're about to change all that. i'm going to go through what'sgoing to be a major transformation on this property. we are going to build abig master suite up top, so we are extending the already upper storey area across tothe side of the home and that's part one of about seven or eight parts - what i'dlike to focus on is the the point i made earlier about the lacking of entertainingarea. we're going to convert what's the existing carport into a living area, sothat's going to increase area as well. we
are going to build, in this paved area, alovely rear alfresco. we're going to take these doors out and make these bi-folds.across the other side of the property will be a stunning pool. i suppose the icing on thecake out the back here, it's going to be almost completely covered with beautifulhardwood decking that they've purposely chosen to grey off naturally, so it's going tohave this real scandinavian beachside sort of look to it. so this is going tobe one serious entertaining home. out the front here, as you can see it's a verypresentable home, perhaps just a little dated now, but the owners are going - they're just going to go all out on this one. they want to get rid of thebrickwork that's sort of a '70s tumbled
