italian kitchen design ideas
the first mama lou's was in our old house in bf. papa took care of serving, and mama was the chef. even though papa was french-canadian, he enjoyed italian, which is actually good because filipinos like it more than you can imagine. we used organic ingredients, and cooked the pizza in a brick oven. before we knew it, the customers just kept coming back again we were happy with this small family business and never thought that a developer would approach us. they said, the service was terrific and the food was delicious.
and might we be interested in opening a branch in their new place. actually, we were challenged with the idea. we thought about it deeply. i mean, for a food business, how do you maintain the quality? remember back in 2012, nuvali was quite far, but that’s what they are good at. they saw the potential in a developing community like laguna. and they also saw the potential of a mama lou's in the area. now, three years later, i have to admit, they had the right idea. we share the same values.
at mama lou's, you're more than a customer – you’re our visitor. with ayala land, we're more than just their tenants – we’re their partner. and so far, we've really been working together to help each other. aside from nuvali, you are also welcome in u.p. town center.
