the kitchen environments we're seeing inthe show are all about the experience, thekitchen experience it's as much about living as it is about cooking and you can see that technology is in full force from interactiveappliances to beautiful in counter tablet systems where you'reinteracting with your ovens or you're setting your music inyour stereo systems

so we're seeing that you know alive andwell we're also seeing the kitchen environments incorporated into other living spaces in the surroundingareas in really interesting ways we saw somemassive free standing wall units withglass and metal and it was a very interesting wayto combine in room spaces there are is also an earthyness to the kitchen environment where we're seeing incounter composting and we're seeing

in built-in herb systems and youknow where the the cook has the herbs right you know attheir fingertips so you can see it's about the living environment it's about thespace it's about the experience in the kitchen counter top trends have really been capturing my attention here at the showi'm loving the combinations like you see here i'min the leicht area and we have a white

gray and mixed with wood and that's verytypical of what i've been seeing countertops as opposed to the 2cm or3cm we have in the us are either very very then or chunky like three inches i'm also loving how the sinks arerelating to the countertops we have a blanco sink here andmy clients will love this because although it's under-mount it's areally totally new application incidentally these sinks come installed with the tops they're laser cut

and there's a gasket involved so it's a perfect fit good morning from milan work in the leicht booth we see virtually integrated everything seamless handleless seems to be the trend everythingthat we are finding has sort of integrated a furniture look into the kitchen cabinets it's beautifullyintegrated seamless there's all different versionsof how they're doing handle less or an incorporated handle into

the way that you open the cabinetry we're seeing integrated sinks like thisbeautiful blanco sink just so smoothly integrated into thecountertop as we've been going around the showwe've also seen a lot of countertop covers that actually coverthe sink and have it really disappear as part of thecountertop when not in use so a sort of like aninvisible kitchen in many cases i've been consistently blown away by this show in all the new items thati've seen all the new design ideas and

would i like to use some this, absolutely but we're looking at particularly with the sinks is thiswhole restaurant type application we're seeing thesink simplified just as much as all the rest of the design in the cabinetry and the flooring and thewallpaper and the glass it's all thatstreamlined design and this is where these applications of single sinks or maybe double sinks but the same size bowls are all coming backinto our application so it is kind of

fascinating to see it here already know that it's going to becoming into our market and hoping that we get to use it andplay with it other trends that i'm noticing that iparticularly like are finishes such as this with the texturesi love textures and i like that you see some of the naturalindustrial elements playing you know playing center stageat the show and i think some of the you know the ways that i'mgoing to integrate this is that clients they do like

that natural feeling of the finishes so i think that will be a big hit where i'm where i'm from other trends that i'm noticing is themixture of lacquer and wood and the other part that i reallylike is that the led lights they're playing a reallybig part into the furniture you open a piece offurniture and voila it comes on i think that's nice forpeople that you know that want to see what they're doing reallyreally fantastic think this is a great

show awesome you're telling me that this won't wewon't have acquired here you know one of the biggest challenge todo the natural look but still have it durable for young kidsthat ahhh that yes that is fantastic there's not even athere is no mark nothing that is fantastic you can damage the key
