welcome back to "behind the walls." i'm jasonwith jp carducci, inc. today we're going to showcase one of our custom projects in destin,florida. outside of kitchens and baths and new homes, we do a lot of cool stuff thatdoesn't get showcased very much because they're smaller projects, but this one is pretty cool.what you're seeing behind me is a bricked sunroom. when we got here, this was a traditional screened-insunroom with stucco. what the owners wanted was some brick. they bought some 100 yearold brick, and wanted us to install it. obviously the guys at jp carducci, inc., are not brickmasonsbut we're pretty good at tile so we cut all this brick, something like 3,000 cuts, andmade our own corners. we applied it like tile
and we grouted it like tile. what you see here came out awesome! it givesit that old feel like you're in an old room, one of those buildings you'd see in southcarolina or north carolina. you've got painted brick from multiple years in different colors.this project took about three weeks. it was rough on the guys but the outcome is justphenomenal. so we really wanted to take the time to showyou this and we hope you appreciated the creativeness that some of the guys have at our company,it's just phenomenal. w e hope you enjoy what you're seeing and thanksfor tuning in.
