tile design ideas for kitchen backsplash

i'm going to show you how to install a stainlesssteel splashback. the tools we'll require for that project are some silicon, a dropsheet, rags, measuring inplements, pencil and stanley knife. we're going to put a stainlesssteel splashback behind the stove just to protect the tiles and the grout from a fatcooking residue from the stove. this is a pre-cut splashback stainless steel 900 tosuit a 900 oven. we'll just check the measurements. now we will remove the protective covering.now we'll turn it over, place it in the position where it's going and apply a few beads ofsilicon on the back surface. on placing the beads of silicon approximately 100 millimetersapart just to keep it in a symmetrical order. once they're on, we lift it up, the top lipwill hook over the top of the tile and just

press it into position. we know the top ofthe tiles are level so we know the stainless steel splashback will sit level and parallel.we place packers in here as a wedge just to put pressure on the stainless steel untilthe silicon dries which will be about 24 hours. then they can be removed. then with your rag,we can clean the stainless steel, anything that mars can be removed. that's how you installa stainless steel splashback.
