this beautiful home in carlsbad didn'talways look like this oh my gosh it was a step out of theseventies so we decided that it was time to to bring it back into the the 21stcentury we interviewed a lot of people and when we got to marrokal we were very impressed everyone wassuper nice and comforting and and we really enjoyed what they have to offer actually prettynaive about the processes it started really small we're goingto do the the master bathroom remodel
but we can realize when he started touchingone part of the house you kind of flowed in into the next and so we kind of keptgoing with it now by the time the remodel started like wowthis is a pretty pretty big process but marrokal really did agreat job taking care of us from beginning to end one of the biggest things theones we want to start with was the master bathroom we hadreally small space to work with we had shag carpet throughout themiddle and a tiny little shower that
you can barely turn around in nowwe have a huge bay window in there big soakingtub gotten to the point where we actuallyhave a shower that has three heads body sprays it wasdefinitely a a transformation next up the formalliving room becomes the dining room and the living room flows right into thekitchen which doubled in size and now has a walk-in pantry with plentyof storage space we had a fireplace which was on one sidewe decided to flip that around in turn on the completeopposite side of the room
it's made it really nice we had custom cabinetry along the side tv overthe fireplace when the howards whole house remodel wascomplete they couldn't believe what they saw it was it was kind of one of shockalmost you walked in we go holy smokes isreally ours when you do a whole house remodel i'd gotta say there's so many snags in theway but they made it as smooth as possible and ithink the greatest thing about marrokal
