bidadari was previously home to the alkafflake garden and it was once popular with both visitors and residents. the new alkaff lake,inspired by the former lake, will be recreated in a garden-like setting within the new bidadaripark for future residents. beyond master plans, we also need to createprecincts that are sustainable and self-sufficient. we leverage technology and smart urban solutionsto design homes that improve the overall comfort, living experience and convenience for residents.with technology, we can test out various housing typologies and determine how best to sitethe new flats in order to optimise wind flow, or to minimise heat and glare. we activelyengage the public to refine our plans. their comments and suggestions help our town plansbecome more robust with the inclusion of amenities
and community spaces.we share our experience and knowledge from past projects with each other to gain insightsand different perspectives. this helps us to grow professionally.it takes time to turn a concept plan into a workable plan. but at the end of the day,when the public tells you that they would like to live in the town you helped to plan,everything is worth it.
