minecraft: how to make a kitchen today, i'll build a kitchen that is as average as i could possibly make it. if this isn't the kitchen you're looking for, you'll at least be inspired, i hope! i've chosen to go with a bit of a modern look, because that seems to be the most popular. i'll show you an overview of the room itself in a minute. the shape of your room will change what it feel like, especially the height. don't make the ceiling too low and maybe try something that is not rectangular. make sure there's enough light flowing into the kitchen. the bigger the windows, the modern your kitchen will look. :]
i'm going with a white/grey/birch theme which fits a modern look.. of course i'm using the good old refrigerator design.. :] if you want to make the fridge functional, there's a link for that in the description. this is supposed to be a stove with an oven underneath, i'll add more detail in a minute. what i just built is the sink, you can fill the cauldron with water if you prefer. this banner is meant to be a towel, you could add a cool texture to it! now for the lights and roof. i've chosen to make a switch for the lights. the lightning should be focused on what you want to be the center of attention, i've chosen the middle table. :i
