[music playing] this open-concept kitchenhas a relaxed farmhouse vibe. plus, it's got modernstyle and amenities. the color palettein here is probably the first thing you notice. and that was very specific. i have the samecolors in the kitchen that you'll see it rightoutside its windows. the cabinets are painted inthis beautiful brown gray tone--

very neutral butalso very up to date. i've also added another layerof green with these beautiful custom-made counter tops. they've got crushedoyster shells in them, which had amazing texture. overall, thiskitchen was designed to be bright, light, and airy. i wanted to add some depth,and that's why i brought in this custom-made hardware.

i had these leather-wrappedbronze poles made. the layout of the kitchenis very practical. there's a ton of counterspace along the back wall for any prep needed. i've got an oversizedcentral island with seating for up to three. there's a hands-free faucetat the sink, which combines innovation and timeless style. there's also areally comfortable

eat-in breakfast nook in here. and since it's situatedright by the window, you can look at thatbeautiful backyard and sit up to six people. there's a convenientwet bar area that's perfect for easy entertaining. this kitchen is anexcellent mash up of casual and elegant styles.
