welcome to our design center i'm meganone of the interior designers here at marrokal design and remodeling peoplealways like seeing before and after photos so i'vecompiled pictures of some of our recent remodels let's take alook so here we have a before kitchen as you can see the finish is outdated from the older cabinetry to the tile countertops it's a darker space hidden from thedining room and the homeowner really wanted to openup the kitchen a little bit more in the after photos of this kitchen wecreated a brighter
lighter more inviting feel of a space as he can see the kitchen is now openinto the dining room the finishes are now fresher a widercabinets sleeker solid slab countertops and just some accents that really make the space feel more inviting so here we have the obvious, acluttered definitely outdated kitchen lots thepotential in this space though as we can the older finishes outdatedcabinets older appliances and very much in need of some love herewe have a beautiful transformation
a function meets design check out the newappliances and mini wine refrigerator plus the additional wine storagegorgeous backsplash of subway tile and an amazingfocal point of natural granite slab here we have a sink my goodness look at the placement atthis guy at the corner at all places that is not functional absolutely stunning gorgeoustransformation of a more modern sleek simplistic and clean kitchen space the new kitchen sink hasa much better location
as opposed to the before kitchen sinkwhich is tucked away in a corner now moving into a master bathroom beforepicture as we can see some outdated finishes small tiles were everywhere from theshower walls to that vanity backsplash even on thefloor and voila here we have a brand new very modernclean master bathroom so now we have largertiles on the floor to really help to open the space up and the addition ofwindows along the backsplash helped bring in more natural lightthanks so much for watching
