kitchen interior designer sydney
hey guys! today we're moving into theapartment and we're now meeting with the landlord to get the keys. we got'em! we already went to ikea and kmart to buy some kitchen appliances and bed linen that we could transport ourselves. like also these mugs and tea pots. and and because the previous tenantwas moving overseas, we were fortunate that he left us all this behind. like also some pans and we also have a popcorn machine. he also left us a dryer and some other stuff for a smallprice. we can start by unpacking some boxes and arranging our closet
while we're waiting for ikea to deliver our furniture this afternoon. this is day two of the unboxingfurniture. i just got back from the store and i already got us some nice throws or plaids, a white and a fur one. and i also got us some matching pillows. so the only thing missing now is the sofabed. there is actually a pretty cool featureabout the apartment that we discovered yesterday and i'm about to show you now,if you want to follow me. we go in the hallway and and just like three apartments further we have this room. and here we have the garbage and the recycling. so i'm gonna throw it away
and now it's gonna fallfive floors down. so, part three of moving in is the kmart delivery. it's been a long two weeks, these past two weeks. we've spent a lot of time moving and we have no car, so we have to doeverything by foot and it's been really tough. we managed to make it happen: asyou can see most of the furniture is here and also some decorations, so we think we've earned a proper movie night. and with a movie night there is popcorn. i'll let justine try the first ones *complaining murmurs*
we decided what movie to watch. we're going to watch "fantastic beasts and where to find them". a good movie, some popcorn, a cup of tea and good company. what more can you ask for? the industrial entertainments unit wasthe last piece of furniture missing so now everything is complete for theinterior. to tell you a little bit more about that is that almost everything came from kmart and ikea. we were looking for cheap things because they were on a budget. we were looking to spend three thousand to four thousand dollars on this and we did spend 3500 dollars which is a little bit more than two thousand euros. so, the most expensive things were from ikea, which isthe sofa bed, the bed frame and mattress. and then all the other stuff came fromkmart which is the desk, the bookshelf,
the industrial detainment unit, the coffee table and in the bedroom there is a garment stand. and as i mentioned earlier, we got a lot from the previous tenant which is the tv, the dryer, all thekitchen appliances... there are some minor details missing, like the photo frames don't have any pictures in them yet because we have to print them and thenalso we'd like to have some vintage books or nice books to put on the bookshelf, but for the rest i think it's almost done. so have a look! thanks for watching this week's video! ifyou have any questions, you can leave them in the comments. if you like theinterior you can give a thumbs up for the video
and otherwise, yeah, justsubscribe. bye!
