kitchen interior design tiles

hi! i’m kewei. singer, songwriter and a first-time homeowner. and i’m on the mission to build my ultimate dream home with a little help from the folks here at hafary. so stay tuned as i journey into the wonderful world of tiles! if you fancy the typically rough, raw and grey concrete look that is synonymous with cafes and stylish lofts this episode is just right for you. concrete tile designs come in a wide variety of grey tones so you can select the one that you’re most comfortable with.

this looks textured but it’s actually smooth! grout lines are the gaps between tiles that are either on floors or walls and they can increase traction and make your floor less slippery. wow, this is quite impressive! so i’ve learnt that expansion and contraction can lead to crack lines in concrete screed flooring but with grout you won’t have this problem with concrete effect tiles. oh, one last thing, here’s a tile tip for you: make your grout lines the same colour as your tiles so that everything looks seamless!

until then, this is kewei and you’re watching ‘the art of tile’. ‘the art of tile’ is brought to you by hafary the leading building material supplier since 1980.
